Bein in a different country Day 3

Hop on, hop off! That’s exactly what I did as I hopped on a tour bus, laid back into my seat atop the bus, popped in my earphones an’ listened to some British bloke narrate the fascinatin history o’ London’s monuments (St. Paul’s, Westminster Abbey, Tower of London, Big Ben, etc, etc.) to me while I took in the sights an’ enjoyed the feel o’ fresh, nippy air.
Of course, an audio guide isn’t enough if yer interested in explorin the Tower of London. Simply hopped off an’ joined the Beefeaters on their tour of the Tower as they shared their experiences o’ guarding the Tower, the history o’ the Tower with its bloody torture chambers, dungeons, ravens (don’t touch em unless ya wanna get bitten!), peppered with a joke or two (Brit humor. Gotta love it!)- a must if ya don’t wanna risk gettin lost inside the vast Tower.
An’ how could I forget? Don’t leave without seein the Kohinoor, other crowns, armor an’ other royal bling housed within the Tower. No photos, por favor…cuz they’re really protective of their precious gems😁
